We are excited to announce That we have Preliminarily been approved To encapsulate All of our formulas In our office! To make this happen We need to be As efficient as possible with working with clients, So we are putting new policies and procedures into effect starting immediately.
This new change will make it possible for you to get all of the supplements you need here.
All appointments must be paid for at the time of scheduling.
All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances.
Please schedule an appointment only after you are certain you want it.
We realize that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts arise and are sometimes unavoidable.
However, Your appointment can be rescheduled if you give us two weeks' notice. Most clients are coming into the office every 2 weeks for a follow-up 30 minute office visit. If you reschedule without 2 weeks notice It is difficult to fill your spot. Not even a new client could take your slot because it requires an hour to work with them. Please schedule an appointment only after you are certain you want it.
A 2 weeks notice allows us to fill scheduling needs and keeps the office operating at its most efficient level. Due to us working with you one-on-one, missed appointments are a significant inconvenience, to the office, and other Clients.
This policy is in place out of respect for all of us, including you. scheduling with less than 2 weeks notice is difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
No Show/rescheduling Policy:
A “No Show” is a Client who fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without providing a 2 weeks reschedule notice. Further, a rescheduled appointment that is less than the 2 weeks reschedule notice is still considered a “No Show” and is treated as such. All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances.
Late Arrival Policy:
Clients are asked to arrive at their appointments before their scheduled appointment time.
A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a Client may encounter while traveling to the office for their scheduled appointment. If a Client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment it will be Considered a “No Show”, the Client will be given the option of either being seen that day as a walk-in, if the schedule permits For no charge, or rescheduled for a later date and pay for the new visit at the time of scheduling. This process will ensure Clients who do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.
To assist the Client in keeping appointments, we will send a reminder text and email 48 and 24 hours before the Client’s scheduled appointment.
NOTE: You will never be charged for a reschedule if it is made more than 2 weeks in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
The Late Arrival and No Show rescheduling Policy are each strictly enforced.
Thank You!
