Before you begin — check your supplies

Urine specimen cup (clean)

Brix Refractometer (0–10%) — sugar test
✓
Conductivity tester (EC20) — salts test
✓
pH paper 5.5–8.0 strip
Start with this one for all pH readings

pH paper 3.0–5.5 strip
Backup only — use if your reading hits the low end of the 5.5–8.0 strip

Distilled water

Graduated cylinder (100ml) — for measuring distilled water

Universal Extraction Solution

Test tubes with caps
